Student Organizations Honor

The purpose of this organization is to bring history majors and minors together that go above and beyond the requirements academically for the history department. The organization brings in speakers from around the globe to give lectures on a variety of topics and holds initiation ceremony for new members each fall and spring. In the past, we have hosted weekly luncheons with history department teachers and have had end-of-the-year department cookoffs.

Membership requirements: minimum GPA of 3.0 overall, minimum GPA of 3.1 in History

Membership dues: $40.00 one time fee
